PURPOSE

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between Les Savons de la Couronne and any person using the website www.savons-couronne.be to place an order. By placing an order, you fully agree to and accept without reservation these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the prices and descriptions of the products offered.

PRODUCT PRESENTATION AND AVAILABILITY

The products shown on the website may be modified by the manufacturers. Product photos are non-contractual. The products available for sale on the site are generally in stock at Les Savons de la Couronne. In the case of promotions on certain items, Les Savons de la Couronne will ensure product availability throughout the indicated promotional period.

ORDERING

Orders are only registered after full receipt of payment. Orders received via the website will be fulfilled only within the limits of available stock. In the event of temporary or permanent unavailability of a product, Les Savons de la Couronne will inform the customer as soon as possible.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For distance sales, customers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days, without needing to provide reasons or pay penalties. This period begins upon receipt of the order. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Les Savons de la Couronne will refund the full amount paid by the customer (including the value of shipping costs) within 30 days of exercising the right.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PACKAGING FEES

Parcels are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. Currently, we deliver only to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Available shipping options:

Belgium – Bpost – €6 below €50 of purchase, FREE from €50.
Luxembourg – Mondial Relay – €6 below €50 of purchase, FREE from €50.
France and Netherlands – Mondial Relay – €8 below €60 of purchase, FREE from €60.

Shipping fees include postage. Packaging is charged €1. We recommend grouping your purchases into a single order, as delivery fees apply per shipment.

PAYMENT

Payment is made by bank transfer. Ordered items will only be shipped after payment has been received.

TRANSPORT

Products travel at the recipient’s risk, regardless of the delivery method. The recipient must check the condition of the goods upon delivery and make any claims to the transporter, confirmed by registered mail within three business days, and notify us in writing within four days of delivery. After this period, we will not accept any claims.

RETURNS

Items may be exchanged or refunded. Requests for return or refund must be made within 14 days of receiving the items. Returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
If the new order is of lesser value, the customer will receive a credit note for the difference.
Shipping costs for returns and reshipments are at the customer’s expense.
Refunds will be made minus handling fees.
Any request for exchange or refund must be made via the contact form on the site.

PRICES

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. They include the applicable VAT depending on the product category on the date of the order. Prices may change due to VAT changes, errors, or manufacturer decisions.

IDENTIFICATION

Each customer must complete an online registration process to place an order. Required information is essential for processing and shipping orders. Parcels returned due to incorrect customer information will be at the customer’s expense.
The final order validation and/or entry of credit card information constitutes a signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the site, serving as legal proof under the law of March 13, 2000.

LIABILITY

Les Savons de la Couronne cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions, the presence of computer viruses, or force majeure events. We are also not liable for misuse of the ordered products.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

Les Savons de la Couronne retains ownership of goods until full payment of the price, including any applicable fees or interest, in accordance with the laws of May 12, 1980, and July 13, 1967.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law.

JURISDICTION

In the event of a dispute regarding the execution of the clauses and conditions outlined above, and failing an amicable agreement, only the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
