Why Nature & Progrès?
Nature et Progrès was born out of a protest against industrialised agriculture in 1964, and is now one of the oldest organic farming organisations in France and Europe. It brings together professionals and consumers around a common objective: to promote agriculture that respects living organisms, putting it at the forefront of the development of agro-ecology.
From a cosmetic point of view, the N&P charter requires, among other things, the following ingredients:
- use 100% organic and, if possible, local produce
- use only minerals whose extraction does not cause pollution
- not to use palm oil or its derivatives, raw materials of animal origin, synthetic ingredients, GMOs or preservatives
Processing, packaging, maintenance of premises and energy use must be as eco-responsible as possible.
The Nature & Progrès label is one of the most demanding in Europe, which is why we are particularly proud to have joined this network.
