Rich in warm and spicy aromas, cinnamon soap is not only a delight for the senses; it also holds numerous benefits for the skin.

Description

Naturally antiseptic, cinnamon helps purify the skin by eliminating bacteria and reducing the risk of skin infections.

It also stimulates blood circulation, thereby promoting better oxygenation and nourishment of skin cells, which contributes to rejuvenation and radiance.

Moreover, its spicy fragrance is known for its toning and invigorating effect, helping to reduce fatigue and stress during a bath or shower.

In ancient history

Cinnamon, this precious spice with multiple virtues, originates from the East. Used for thousands of years, mainly in India, Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon), and Egypt, it was initially sought after for its medicinal properties and its role in religious rituals.

Its use later extended to the art of well-being and beauty, a practice rooted in Ayurvedic and Egyptian traditions where it was used to perfume and cleanse the body.

As a beauty ingredient, it was used for its ability to improve the texture and appearance of the skin, and as a natural perfume thanks to its rich and captivating aroma.

More recently

With the rise of trade, it traveled along the Silk and Spice Roads, reaching Europe where its use became widespread.

Over the centuries, it became a popular ingredient in cosmetology, incorporated into lotions and perfumes thanks to its captivating fragrance and its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Today, our soap is a contemporary example of this heritage, continuing the ancient use of the spice in beauty and skincare rituals around the world.

Also a shampoo

Our soap is also used for hair care.

And to complete your hair routine, we recommend a simple and effective homemade rinse, made with cider vinegar diluted 10% in water.
